Dean has led Dow Group since 1998 and has the reputation as an industry leader in premises planning and procurement, property strategy, business cases and project reviews. He oversees all Dow Group projects and initiatives. Deanʼs wider aspiration is to help businesses appreciate the importance of the physical environment (the workplace) in shaping better business performance.

Duncan Mitchell, Director

Prior to joining Dow Group in 2003, Duncan ran his own interior architecture business for 15 years, an experience that gave him a crucial insight into the gap between clientsʼ expectations and the typical premises planning process. He has led several of Dow Group's major projects and is widely respected for his skills in business-focused briefing, workplace strategy and project leadership.
